This table fills from measurement, not from the options menu. A row appears only when someone has toggled the setting and reported what it did to their frame rate.
Reading a menu label and describing what the game says about it is not a measurement, and publishing that as one is how the pre-launch guide sites for this game ended up with invented fish prices and fictional vendor schedules.
Method
A row here means a specific option was changed and the resulting frame rate was reported. The impact scale is relative to the others in the same table, not an absolute benchmark.
Frame generation is a separate question with a separate answer, and it is the one players ask about most. See the frame generation status.
